Autumn Gardens

Autumn Gardens provides accommodation and nursing or personal care for up to 85 people, some living with dementia. At the time of inspection, 80 residents were living at the home. The provider had compiled detailed guidance for visitors to ensure safe practices throughout visits, with screening for COVID-19 symptoms and provision of full Personal Protective Equipment to protect people, staff and visitors. The service maintains an extensive garden area with shelter, enabling safe family visits.
