The provider had compiled detailed guidance for visitors to ensure safe practices throughout visits, with screening for COVID-19 symptoms and provision of full Personal Protective Equipment to protect people, staff and visitors.

The service maintains an extensive garden area with shelter, enabling safe family visits.
