Autism & Aspergers Support Ltd provides accommodation and personal care for up to four people with a learning disability and autistic people. At the time of the assessment three people were living there. The CQC rated the service outstanding overall, reflecting consistently excellent practice found at this and the previous inspection.

Inspectors observed people who were relaxed and comfortable, supported by a kind, compassionate staff team who treated them as equal partners in their care. People were helped to be as independent as possible, access their community and pursue chosen activities. Staff were recruited safely, well trained, and effective systems kept people protected from abuse and unnecessary restriction.
