Atlantis Care Home

Residents reported feeling happy and safe, with one person stating the staff "have really looked after me and made me feel at home." A relative praised the home as "absolutely fantastic," noting positive feedback from others. Staff demonstrated caring approaches, spending time in meaningful interactions with residents throughout the home. The service supports people to have maximum choice and control over their lives, using the least restrictive practices in their best interests. A designated activities staff member facilitates social interaction for residents. Staff have completed appropriate induction, training, and supervision, and are recruited in sufficient numbers to meet people's needs. Staff understand how to keep people safe from harm.
