Aspire in the Community Rushbrooke House

Aspire in the Community Rushbrooke House provides personal care for up to 6 people with learning disabilities and, or autism. At the time of the assessment, all 6 places were occupied. The CQC found the service was performing well, with support delivered in line with "right support, right care, right culture" principles.

Inspectors found staff knew people well, delivered person-centred care and supported choice and independence. Care and support plans were detailed, quality assurance systems were effective, and the home was clean and personalised. A relative described the service as good, praising staff professionalism and kindness.
