Aspire in the Community Rushbrooke House

Aspire Community Support Services provides residential care for people with learning disabilities across two buildings: a main house accommodating four people and a separate bungalow for two people with more challenging behaviours. At inspection, four people were living at the service.

Residents reported feeling happy and safe, appearing calm and settled with good relationships with staff. The service took action to protect people from abuse or neglect, raising concerns to appropriate partner agencies when needed. Medicines were managed safely with staff demonstrating good knowledge of medication systems. The service effectively managed risks to people's wellbeing through appropriate safeguarding practices and care protocols.
