Cragside

Cragside provides accommodation and personal care for up to five adults across five individual flats. At the time of inspection, four people were living at the home. The service had implemented effective systems to ensure visitors followed government guidelines for wearing Personal Protective Equipment.

Facilities were available for visitors to sanitise their hands and put on PPE, with screening questions and temperature checks required as standard. Staff supervised all essential visitors to ensure social distancing and infection control guidelines were followed.
