People and their relatives described the home as safe, with staff responding promptly to their needs. Sufficient staff were deployed to meet residents' requirements, and staff reported having the skills, time and support necessary to provide effective care. Staff had received training in safeguarding and understood how to protect people from harm.

Nursing staff engaged regularly with healthcare professionals to ensure residents received timely care.
