Inspectors found significant concerns with the home's quality and safety monitoring systems, which had failed to identify and address problems. The environment was not always safe, with a recent fire inspection revealing non-compliance with fire regulations. Several areas of the home were worn and required maintenance improvements. Staff training and supervision arrangements were inadequate, with not all staff receiving appropriate training or regular supervisions to support their development.
