Ashfield House

Ashfield House provides personal care to eight people living with learning disabilities, autism, or mental health needs across two buildings—a main residence and an attached bungalow for those seeking more independent support. Staff are trained and safely recruited, supporting people to take medicines as prescribed and maintain access to their local community and chosen activities. People are involved in their care planning and encouraged to develop independence and living skills, with staff understanding and meeting individual communication needs. Residents know the management team and feel comfortable providing feedback about their care. However, the service's quality assurance tools have not consistently identified areas requiring improvement or ensured these improvements are implemented effectively.
