Norton Lodge Care Home Ltd

Norton Lodge provides accommodation and personal care for up to 18 older people, some with physical disabilities. At inspection, 17 people were using the service. The home had implemented clear COVID-19 safety measures, with visible instructions guiding visitors on proper use of Personal Protective Equipment. All visitors were escorted by staff to ensure strict adherence to guidelines. Staff consistently followed PPE protocols, with additional PPE stations established throughout the home to support safe practice.
