Ash Grove is a residential care home providing personal care to up to six younger people with a learning disability and/or autism, in one adapted building with bedrooms over two floors. The assessment was prompted by concerns about staff practice and leadership, but inspectors found the service performing well overall.

The person spoken with was complimentary about their care, and relatives contacted by phone were largely positive about how staff supported their family members. The CQC rated Ash Grove Good, reflecting good outcomes across care, safety, effectiveness, responsiveness and leadership.
