Lime Street

21 Lime Street is a care home accommodating up to eight people with a range of mental health needs, split across two floors. The service provides personal care and accommodation but does not offer nursing care. At the time of inspection, all eight available places were occupied and a registered manager was in post.

The service was previously rated outstanding in May 2016, and this January 2019 inspection found the evidence continued to support this rating. No serious risks or concerns were identified during the inspection or ongoing monitoring, with the quality of care remaining consistently high.
