The home had made substantial improvements to fire safety, including structural measures, staff training, and evacuation processes following earlier concerns.

Environmental safety issues had also been addressed, and inspectors found the environment to be safe.

Medicines were managed and stored safely, with people receiving their medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
