Applelea

Applelea provides accommodation and nursing care for up to four people with learning disabilities and autistic spectrum disorder. At the time of inspection, all four registered places were occupied. The inspection took place over two days in September 2018, combining both unannounced and announced visits to assess the premises and quality of care provided.
