The Limes

The Limes provides personal care for up to five people with learning disabilities and/or autism in an adapted residential building close to local amenities. The home features five ensuite bedrooms spread across two floors, along with a shared living space, kitchen and secure garden. At the time of inspection, three people were living there.

The home has policies and procedures in place to protect people from abuse and harm. Medicines are managed safely and appropriate infection control policies are in operation. However, the service identified inconsistencies and gaps in risk assessments and health and safety checks as an area requiring improvement.
