Apple House provides accommodation with personal care and support for up to four people with learning disabilities. At the time of inspection, three people lived at the service.

The home maintained robust infection control measures to protect people, staff, and visitors. Visitors completed health questionnaires, had their temperature recorded, and took rapid COVID-19 tests with results available within 30 minutes. A dedicated garden pod was used for testing.

The home was visibly clean and hygienic throughout, with staff using cleaning products recommended by the local authority.
