Agility Care

Agility Care is a residential home providing accommodation and personal care for up to five people with a learning disability and autistic people. At inspection, four people were living there. The home kept people safe through effective care plans and risk assessments. Staff promoted independence by supporting residents to access their local community, go shopping, manage household chores, and maintain contact with family and friends. People had maximum choice and control over their lives, with staff supporting them in the least restrictive way possible and in their best interests.

Staff were described as patient, kind and passionate about their work, determined to make a positive difference to residents' daily lives. They understood safeguarding procedures and knew how to recognise and report potential abuse. Each person had their own detailed care plan providing guidance on how they wished to be supported.
