Inspectors identified breaches relating to staffing and governance, and found the registered manager's role was undermined by having to cover care duties.

Despite this, the CQC found the home clean and well-maintained, and people said they felt safe, respected, and involved in decisions about their care. Some people wanted more opportunities to get out into the community. Overall, inspectors concluded that while people were positive about their support, standards in some areas fell below expectations.
