Medicines are handled safely with good infection control practices in place. Staffing levels are sufficient with recruitment ongoing to improve consistency. Staff receive appropriate training and supervision, and they support people with kindness while encouraging independence and choice.

However, people and their relatives reported feeling insufficiently engaged with the service, with communication gaps between management. Quality monitoring systems failed to identify some omissions in care records. People's dietary needs are met and they have access to healthcare services when needed. Staff support people to make choices and exercise control over their lives in the least restrictive way possible.
