This care home accommodates up to six adults with learning disabilities or autism in a domestic setting designed to blend seamlessly into the community. At inspection, four people were using the service. The home deliberately lacks identifying signage, intercoms, cameras, or other institutional markers, and staff avoid wearing uniforms when accompanying residents, supporting the aim of community integration.

However, inspectors found that people were not always protected from the risk of harm. The actions taken by the provider in response to behaviours that challenged were not consistently robust or effective in preventing incidents from recurring. This represented a significant concern regarding safeguarding and the implementation of appropriate protective measures within the home.
