42 Beeston Drive provides accommodation and personal care for autistic people and people with a learning disability, supporting four people at the time of the assessment. The CQC rated the home requires improvement overall, down from good, after finding a breach relating to governance. There was no registered manager in place, oversight was inconsistent, and people's needs were not always reassessed when circumstances changed.

Inspectors also found positives: staff communicated well with people, supported choice and independence, and kept relatives involved in appointments and health reviews. Staffing levels were sufficient to meet people's needs safely. Relatives, though, expressed frustration at frequent management changes affecting communication, and the provider was working with a consultant to address the concerns identified.
