2 Millbrook Way provides personal care and accommodation for up to six people with a learning disability and/or autistic people, in a mix of single and shared housing. The CQC rated the home Good overall, finding that previous breaches around safe care, safeguarding and governance had been resolved. Inspectors found staff well trained to support people using least restrictive approaches, with robust safeguarding and incident review systems.

Medicines systems were sound, though staff did not always follow them consistently, and management acted quickly to address this. Relatives praised the caring, attentive management team, though one raised environmental safety concerns being worked on. People were supported to pursue activities, community outings and family relationships, with person-centred care evident throughout.
