Weybourne

Weybourne is a residential home for people living with dementia, supporting 34 people at the time of assessment. The CQC found the service was performing well overall, with people protected from abuse and avoidable harm, medicines managed safely, and staff who understood how to keep people safe. A new permanent manager had been recruited following the previous manager's resignation.

Inspectors found people were treated with kindness and supported to make their own choices, including accessing the community and activities. Families spoke positively, describing a happy, well-run home with well-trained staff. Facilities were clean, well-maintained and staffing levels were sufficient to meet people's needs.
