14 Thornholme Close is a small care home providing accommodation and personal care for up to two people with a learning disability or autism, supporting one person at the time of assessment. The CQC found significant improvement since a previous inadequate rating, with the home now rated Good overall and no longer in special measures.

Inspectors found people received kind, consistent care from a stable staff team who knew them well and supported their independence and community access. Earlier breaches around safety, staffing, premises and governance had been resolved, and people told inspectors they felt happy and wished to remain living there.
