The CQC rated the service Good overall, unchanged from its previous inspection, finding people were supported to make their own decisions, build social connections and develop skills for greater independence.

Inspectors found robust care plans and clear risk assessments that balanced safety with encouraging positive risk taking. Staffing levels were sufficient, recruitment was safe, and management provided strong oversight with good learning from incidents. Residents and relatives spoke warmly of the compassionate, respectful care provided.
