This residential care home provides personal and nursing care for up to 29 people with acquired neurological conditions. At the time of inspection, all 29 places were occupied. People reported feeling safe, with suitable safeguarding arrangements in place to protect them from abuse and harm. Staff understood their responsibility to raise concerns and knew how to safeguard residents effectively.

Improvements were noted in medicines management, though further enhancements are still required in this area. Sufficient staffing levels were available to meet people's needs, and safe recruitment practices were followed. The home had effective infection prevention and control measures in place. When issues occurred, the service demonstrated it learned lessons and made improvements.
