The CQC found the service now rated good overall, following improvements to safety and leadership that resolved previous breaches. Risks, including falls, were better monitored, staff had received safeguarding training, and the home was well-maintained, clean and safely staffed.

Inspectors found a cohesive management team led by a new manager, praised by staff for improving the home's culture and organisation. Staff were attentive and knew people well, referring to their histories and families with warmth and respect. Mealtimes were unhurried and residents spoke positively about the food.
