Woodpeckers

This home accommodates up to 41 older people, some living with dementia, across three floors with large gardens providing safe outdoor leisure space. At inspection, 31 residents were living there. People felt safe and were very much at the heart of the service, with inspectors receiving consistent positive feedback from residents, families and health professionals. Staff understood individual needs and provided exceptionally personalised care that was responsive to each person. Residents received excellent care tailored around their specific requirements, with staff supporting people in a thoughtful and individualised way.
