During the inspection, inspectors observed good practice in how the home managed visitor arrangements and infection control. Visits were scheduled by appointment with designated socially-distanced garden areas near each unit, and residents could maintain contact with family and friends through Skype, with computers and support provided by staff. The five units operated as separate entities with dedicated staff teams, including cleaning staff, to reduce cross-infection risks between areas.
