Woodlands Nursing Home

Woodlands Nursing Home provides nursing and personal care for up to 34 people, including those living with dementia. At the time of inspection, 32 people were using the service. The home maintains a clean, hygienic and homely environment with robust quality monitoring and governance systems in place. Staff have received necessary training for their roles and manage medicines safely.

People and their relatives spoke positively about the quality of care, with particular praise for the service leadership. Residents described staff as kind and reported having good relationships with them. Care plans are kept up to date and accurately reflect individual needs. The service supports people's wellbeing through visits from relatives and a variety of activities.
