Hallmark Arlington Manor Luxury Care Home

Arlington Manor is a nursing and residential care home providing care for up to 85 elderly people, some living with dementia. At the time of inspection, 51 people were using the service. The home implemented strict infection control measures, including temperature checks and health questionnaires for anyone entering the building, along with handwashing and full personal protective equipment use by staff. Visiting was restricted to exceptional circumstances, such as end-of-life care. All residents received support from staff in full PPE regardless of COVID-19 status, demonstrating the home's commitment to preventing virus transmission across the service.
