Withins (Breightmet) Limited is a residential care home in a purpose-built building over three floors, providing personal care for up to 65 people. Although not currently supporting anyone with a learning disability or autism, it remains registered as a specialist service for this group.

However, inspectors found people and relatives felt safe, well cared for, and listened to, praising kind staff, good staffing levels, a clean environment, and a range of activities on offer.
