About Wilson Lodge
Wilson Lodge provides nursing and personal care for up to 36 people living with mental health conditions. At the time of inspection, 30 people were resident at the service. Staff supported people to stay safe while treating them with respect and dignity, encouraging them to maintain their independence. The home had made improvements since the previous inspection, with regulations now being met across the service.
