Highbury Nursing Home

Highbury Nursing Home provides personal and nursing care to older adults and people living with dementia, with capacity for up to 38 people. The purpose-built home contains communal lounge and dining areas, individual bedrooms (some with en-suite facilities), and a shared garden space. At inspection, 22 people were using the service.

Inspectors found significant safeguarding concerns. The provider had failed to consistently investigate incidents and accidents, meaning some risks of abuse or neglect were not properly considered or reported to local authorities' safeguarding teams. This gap in incident management posed a risk to residents' safety and wellbeing.
