Willowbank Nursing Home

Willowbank Nursing Home provides personal and nursing care to older people and those with physical disabilities, accommodating up to 37 people across one adapted building with bedrooms on ground and first floors. At inspection, 29 people were using the service, with main communal areas on the ground floor.

Inspectors found that while some safe practices existed, people were not consistently safe overall. The home did not always identify or mitigate risks relating to people's health, wellbeing, and environmental safety including fire safety. Medicine management was not always safe, leaving people at risk of harm.
