The CQC found improvements since the last inspection, with the provider no longer in breach of previous regulations concerning record keeping, staffing, medicines and complaints handling.

Inspectors found some ongoing shortfalls: delays in seeking medical advice, gaps in monitoring charts, and limited assessment of people's ability to use call bells. Staff were found to be kind, and people spoke positively about activities and food, though feedback on care consistency was mixed. The provider responded constructively to the findings, sharing plans for further action.
