Ravensdale

Ravensdale is a residential care home accommodating up to 23 people requiring personal and nursing care, with 18 residents at the time of inspection. The service supports people with dementia, mental health needs and physical disabilities.

Staff levels were sufficient to provide safe care, and relatives reported feeling confident their loved ones were safe. Risk assessments were appropriately conducted and managed. Staff demonstrated good knowledge of individual residents and delivered personalised support. Medicines were administered as prescribed. The registered manager and provider maintained effective oversight of the service and were committed to continuous improvement.
