Willow House

Willow House is a residential care home accommodating up to 18 people in one adapted building, with 15 residents at the time of inspection, many of whom may be living with dementia. The service provides personal care and ensures people receive safe care through proper systems for managing medicines and protecting people from abuse. Staff are well-trained and have the right skills to support residents effectively, with care and support practices leading to good outcomes for the people they serve.
