Victoria House provides personal care and rehabilitation therapies to 22 people with sensory impairment or physical disabilities resulting from acquired brain injuries. The service has sustained improvements since the last inspection, with staff continuing to support residents well with personal care and daily living activities. The provider has built multi-disciplinary teams with specialist staff to deliver the rehabilitation therapies residents need.

People spoke positively about the service. The provider has made necessary improvements to fire safety procedures and continues to protect residents against risks of abuse and harm. The registered manager has embedded improvements in service management.

Residents are supported to have maximum choice and control over their lives, with staff working in the least restrictive way possible and in their best interests.
