Tall Oaks

Tall Oaks is a residential care home providing personal and nursing care to six people living with learning disabilities and/or autism. People told inspectors they liked where they lived and felt well cared for. Relatives reported having good relationships with staff they trusted, noting that staff had "pulled out all the stops during Covid." The home has robust safeguarding processes in place, with staff reporting incidents that are reviewed to identify necessary actions. Potential risks to residents have been assessed and managed appropriately, medicines are handled safely, and sufficient suitable staff are rostered to meet people's needs.
