This follow-up inspection found that previous breaches of regulation had been resolved, with the CQC rating the home Good overall. Inspectors found robust management systems, thorough review of accidents and risks, and a culture of continuous improvement.

People received personalised care from staff who knew them well and respected their privacy and dignity. Relatives spoke warmly of the home, describing staff as kind, skilled and plentiful, and praised the calm, homely atmosphere. Staff were well trained and supported, enabling them to engage people in meaningful activities and conversation.
