Dovecote View Chichester

Dovecote View Chichester provides accommodation and personal care for up to 34 older people, including those living with dementia. At inspection, 21 people were living at the home.

The service had experienced a Covid-19 outbreak that impacted residents and staff. Despite these challenging circumstances, relatives spoke positively about the care provided. One relative said staff "go the extra mile" for their mother and praised the care team's efforts. Relatives felt the registered manager and staff had "done their best to keep people safe in the most trying of times," appreciating their dedication during the outbreak.
