Westlands provides residential accommodation and personal care for up to seven people with learning disabilities across two floors. At the time of inspection, six people lived at the service. The home has its own minibus, which allows residents to go out regularly for activities without needing to rely on public transport or taxis.

Staff were observed supporting people to visit local facilities, such as restaurants, enabling residents to undertake their usual activities while reducing exposure risks.
