Beech Trees

Beech Trees accommodates seven people with learning disabilities, providing them with personal care and support. During the inspection, serious safety concerns were identified. Fire and electrical safety assessments had highlighted actions requiring completion, but the provider could not demonstrate these had been carried out. These concerns were reported to relevant professionals.

The home is expected to ensure residents have access to choices, dignity, independence and their local communities. Inspectors noted that the provider had not adequately addressed the safety issues identified in previous assessments.
