Westholme Care Home Limited

Westholme Care Home provides personal care to up to 26 people across three converted houses arranged over three floors. The home includes several communal spaces such as lounges, a conservatory, dining room, and landscaped gardens, with kitchen and laundry facilities on the ground floor. At inspection, 19 people were living there.

Medicines are stored and administered safely. Staff follow a robust recruitment process and receive training to keep people safe, including how to respond to allegations of abuse. People are supported safely and the home has emergency plans in place.

The inspector made a recommendation about staff deployment and person-centred language.
