Staff are recruited safely and sufficient numbers are on duty to meet people's needs. A relative described their mother as receiving "amazing professional care," though noting that more full-time staff would be beneficial given wider staff shortages in the sector.
The registered manager has created an open and inclusive culture that prioritises people's needs. Relatives praise the manager as "an asset" who demonstrates genuine care for residents.
