Wentworth House

Wentworth House accommodates up to 14 older people who do not require nursing care. The home occupies two floors with lounges and dining areas on the ground floor. At inspection, eight residents were living there.

The home has sufficient staffing to meet residents' care needs, and safeguarding training is mandatory with staff understanding safety procedures. The building is kept clean and tidy by designated staff. However, the inspection identified shortfalls in staff recruitment procedures and found that some maintenance checks were overdue, though the manager took action to complete these during the inspection process.
