Westfield Nursing Home

This nursing home provides residential and nursing care for up to 35 people, including those living with dementia or a learning disability. People continue to receive a safe service where they are protected from avoidable harm and abuse. People and their relatives feel safe, and staff understand their responsibilities in relation to the people they care for. Risks to people's health and safety are assessed and interventions are put into place to mitigate those risks.
