Hunters Creek Care Home

Hunters Creek provides personal and nursing care to up to 91 people, with 82 residents at the time of inspection. The service predominantly supports people living with dementia. People using the service are safe, with systems and processes in place to protect them from abuse and staff aware of their safeguarding responsibilities. The provider regularly assesses risks to people's safety and implements measures to reduce these risks. The registered manager has processes in place to learn from accidents and incidents, using these experiences to further reduce risk to residents.
