About Westbrook House
Westbrook House accommodates up to eight people with learning and physical disabilities, with five residents at the time of inspection. Staff demonstrated good practice by following national guidance when using Personal Protective Equipment. Despite pandemic restrictions on visits, staff supported residents in maintaining meaningful contact with relatives. The home had risk assessments in place to help staff support people safely, with regular health monitoring for COVID-19 symptoms.
