Welwyn provides accommodation, personal care and support for up to seven people with learning difficulties, including those with complex needs such as sensory impairments, physical disabilities and behavioural issues. At inspection, five people were living at the home.

People living here experience extremely good levels of care and support that promote positive outcomes. The service is outstandingly responsive, with communication at its heart. Care is tailored to meet individual needs and enables flexibility, choice and continuity of care.

Management has sustained outstanding practice and actively seeks to improve the care offered.
