Warwick House

This seven-bed service provides accommodation and care for people living with a learning disability. At the time of inspection, six people were using the service. The home had implemented comprehensive infection control measures to protect residents, staff and visitors. Temperature checks were conducted on arrival, visitors wore face masks and practised hand hygiene. Residents were supported to maintain family contact safely through garden visits with social distancing, supervised home visits with enhanced precautions including family testing, and alternative communication methods such as video and phone calls. Staff received training on infection prevention and correct PPE use, and inspectors observed appropriate protective equipment being worn with adequate supplies available throughout the service.
